Kanye West and his new wife live in the $4.5M mansion across from Kim Kardashian’s house

The Post is able to reveal that two months after Kim Kardashian entirely transferred ownership of the marital residence into her nɑme, Kanye West purchased a one-story home right across the street.

He must have wɑnted the small five-bedroom, four-bathroom house so much because he paid $4.5 mιllιon  for it, which is $421,000 more than the asking price.

The five-bedroom, four-bathroom Hidden Hills home was put on the market for the first time in 67 years on December 1 for $4.079 mιllιon, which is also convenient for the rapper.

According to records, West, 44, closed on the house on December 20 using the LLC Spruce Blue Trust.

According to a source who spoke to The Post, the “Donda” singer has indicated a desire to “get his family back together,” but this house purchase was mostly for the kids of the former wife.

According to the insider, “it’s just basic logistics so that he is close to his 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren and has access to them at the drop of a hat.”

But given that the house seems to be a long cry from what the Kardashian-West family is used to, it appears that some upgrades will be necessary.

The modest house is over 3,600 square feet in size and sits on more than an acre of land, along with an equestrian ranch.

The home’s inside is decorated with old wood paneling, cabinets, and shaggy beige rugs.

A family room with a fireplace and sliding doors that open to the pool and horse corral are among the amenities. According to the listing, the house also has a two-car attached garage with a guest unit that connects to a walkway that goes to the three-stall barn. The barn has a tack room and hay storage areas that are attached to a sizable horse paddock.

Since the property’s construction in 1955, which has been meticulously kept, the same owners have resided there.

The current kitchen was redone in 2005 and now has an island, while the front lawn was recently replaced with drought-resistant AstroTurf.
