Ayesha Curry Is Packing Her Bags To Secret Location After Stephen Curry’s Plea To American Media

After a rocky start to the 2024-25 season, when Jimmy Butler joined forces with Stephen Curry, the Warriors finally started playing like a championship contender. But ultimately, it was not enough, as Curry may have to wait another year to win his fifth ring. A poor ending to the 2023 season, a gold medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics, and another heartbreak in the next NBA season. This is how Curry’s last two years look: tired yet hungry for more.

Having almost no rest in these last two years left Curry exhausted. Earlier this season, before the playoffs, HC Steve Kerr even admitted that Curry, “He’s tired, so we’ve got to get him some rest. You can see it, he just doesn’t have his energy right now.” Now that the Warriors are done for the season, the Baby-Faced Assassin can finally take that much-needed break. And if a recent update is anything, the 37-year-old finally seems to be spending some leisure time off the court with his wife, Ayesha Curry.

In Ayesha’s latest Instagram story, she shared an image of her hand, showing off her new nail paint. But it was her caption that caught everyone’s attention: “Simple vacay milky white!” Even in her previous story, she posted a picture of a bunch of makeup and skincare products, captioned, “Vacation approved @sweetjulyskin lineup!” Looks like Ayesha is packing her bags for a long summer vacation, maybe with Steph.

Well, if that’s the case, the Warriors star clearly does not want to be disturbed during his break. Toward the closing seconds of his end-of-season interview, he made a public plea to the media, “Leave me alone this summer.” After the chaotic season that eventually ended with an unfortunate hamstring injury and a brutal second-round exit, Steph likely wishes to tune out for some time and rejuvenate.

While he wants to be left alone, he did reveal his plans for the summer, “I mean we have what four months? I don’t have any Olympics and its gonna be just about rebuilding. One, getting rest like you said and getting away from the game a little bit and rebuilding everything for another great run.”

He continued, “Imma take full advantage of the offseason knowing I’ve been playing a lot of basketball for the last year and lot left in the tank to prepare for. So, I’m excited about it.” If someone deserves a break, it’s definitely Steph because he left his all on the court this season as long as he could.

Stephen Curry describes “weird” feeling after helplessly witnessing Warriors’ second-round exit

Before Steph injured his hamstring in Game 1, the Bay Area team was on a roll. They beat the second-seeded Rockets in a thrilling seven-game first-round series and were looking to continue that momentum against the Wolves. But Steph’s injury changed everything. They lost four straight games following his departure and were sent packing. Meanwhile, an injured Curry could do nothing but watch helplessly from the sidelines.

Sure enough, it was not a great feeling for him, “Its tough man. Like that’s a first for me… Sitting on the sidelines is weird. You wish you were out there to be able to do something about it but just wasn’t on the cards this year… Definitely disappointed. Frankly, just sad that I wasn’t out there able to play.”

What hurts even more is that had the Warriors been able to force Game 6, they might have gotten Steph back to give them a chance at survival. “Everything was kind of aligned for Game 6… I was pretty optimistic but there were a couple more checkpoints to get through. But it’s a great what if.” Steph remarked.

As difficult as the last couple of weeks were for Steph, it’s in the past now, and he is excited for what’s ahead, “I’m also just looking forward to next year.” And the future likely starts with a vacation with his wife to a secret location.
