Brittany feels that “playing sports my whole life got me into fitness and playing in college taught me about strength training, wellness, and maintaining peak fitness to perform at an elite level.” That’s the reason why Brittany also launched her training program, Brittany Lynne Fitness, in 2019. She wanted every woman out there to take care of their health. Hence, keeping the same motivation, Patrick Mahomes’s lady love is back to her routine.
