LeBron James’ wife, Savannah James, talked about her detox regimen on her Instagram stories on Monday. She posted a video of her detox discipline and how it has helped her prioritize her health. The wife of the NBA superstar knows how important it is to take care of one’s self given her busy schedule.

Aside from taking care of her family, Savannah is busy with “Women Of Our Future,” a mentorship program she launched in 2017 under the LeBron James Family Foundation. She also hosts a podcast called “Everybody’s Crazy,” with her close friend, April McDaniel.

Even with her busy schedule, she gives time to taking care of herself as she shared on Instagram.

“Detox, just depending on how I felt and if I had something coming up that I wanted to get a little snatched for,” James said. “I think from 2021 to 2024 it’s time to do the full 12 weeks and again, I’ve definitely gained a little inflammation, gained a little weight and I’m trying to get rid of it because we can’t be out here not fine.

“The detox is really simple, I have 32 ounces of all juices and smoothies that I have during the day. I have a huge fruit plate. I don’t feel hungry, I don’t feel deprived. If at anytime I feel a hunger pain, I’ll have another juice or I have a smoothie or I’ll drink water and I don’t work out during this time. I just kind of take it easy and give myself a little bit of a rest.”

According to the wife of the LA Lakers’ star, she’s opted to take detoxing easier this time around. Aside from her detox, she gets massages and goes into the sauna to help the process. Savannah also has a therapist who works on her mobility to get into shape.

Savannah posted a story on her Instagram before she shared her routine. According to what she posted, she’s already in the second week of her detox.
