Kelce joined the Monday Night Football panel for the showdown between the New York Jets and the San Francisco 49ers.
Host Scott Van Pelt welcomed the Manning brothers to the show prior to their alternative broadcast on ESPN2.
Peyton and Eli have run their Monday Night Football feed on ESPN since 2021.
In a season 4 schedule reveal last week, the pair starred in a Broadway-inspired commercial to promote its return for the new NFL season.
And former Philadelphia Eagles center Kelce got in on the act, with the Manning’s revealing he “auditioned” for a part on their show.
“We didn’t think it went that great,” Eli joked.
“We’ll let you decide, come check it out right now.”
The camera cut to Kelce dancing in front of a green screen while screaming out “Musicals!”
His wild dance moves sent the ESPN panel into overdrive, with colleagues noticing his “thong slippers.”
“That’s my Night at the Apollo dance right there,” laughed Kelce, as he watched himself jive across the screen.
Jason Kelce admits ‘I don’t know’ as ESPN analyst asked by brother Travis if he’s under same ‘restrictions’ as Tom Brady
“This guy, we’ve got a one-year rental,” Van Pelt added.
“We’re going to enjoy him while we can.”
“Jason Kelce seems like such a fun person to be around. I want to meet him one day lol,” replied one fan to the exchange on X.
“Kelce for President,” laughed another.
“ESPN getting Jason Kelce the novel of the summer,” commented a third.
One of Kelce’s biggest fans is his brother Travis, who had plenty to say following Jason’s ESPN bow.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end records hit podcast New Heights with his big brother.
The pair recently secured a mammoth $100 million Amazon deal.
“What a natural!!” Travis wrote on X as Jason proceeded to go viral just seconds into the broadcast.
Van Pelt revealed to viewers that Kelce had to buy a shirt at the mall after misplacing his travel bag.
“It fits my belly now I’ve lost a little bit of weight but my t**s are still struggling,” Jason replied, to laughs.
“Surprised he bought a new one and didn’t just go shirtless,” added Travis.
