The world’s most expensive luxury car – Rolls-Royce Boat Tail with only 3 units produced, priced at 28 million USD is rumored to be owned by the couple Jay Z – Beyonce.
Sometimes ordering a small steak for your Friday night dinner just isn’t enough. Likewise, sometimes a standard Rolls-Royce with all its glitz and glamour just isn’t enough. There’s a big difference between buying a $50 steak and driving a $28 million custom convertible, but they’re pretty much the same thing.
Rolls-Royce unveiled the stunning Boat Tail on May 27, but the automaker has not revealed who the owner of the car is. When you dig deeper and take a closer look at some of these unique features, many people will draw conclusions about who the owner of the Boat Tail might be.
In fact, it’s co-owned, as Rolls-Royce has confirmed that the client is a married couple. And there’s evidence that the couple in question is Beyoncé and Jay-Z, Hollywood’s most powerful couple.
The car is eye-catching with its blue color, covering everything from top to bottom. The Daily Mail pointed out that the favorite color of these two music superstars is blue, especially the blue color also refers to Blue Ivy, the name of their daughter.
More telling is the fridge installed in the rear compartment of the car. The Telegraph notes that the fridge is designed to keep Armand de Brignac champagne at the right temperature, saying it was a customer preference. This again lends credence to the theory that Jay-Z is a part owner of the brand. The nautical theme of the car is also in play, as the superstar couple often travel to the French Riviera, both on land and at sea.
So far, none of them have claimed ownership of this supercar, but there’s no denying that it’s gorgeous and very luxurious. In addition to the aforementioned refrigerator, the rear deck also has a sunshade and a folding cocktail table, which would make for a great beachside picnic.
The interior is upholstered in blue leather, the fabric roof is removed by hand to preserve the lines of a convertible and it’s a limited production Rolls-Royce of just three.
