Last week, Tiger Woods shot rounds of 79 and 77 in the Open Championship, finishing at 14-over and missing the cut. This marked his third consecutive missed cut at Major championships.
At the Masters Tournament, Woods managed to make it to the weekend. His scores of 73, 72, 82, and 77 resulted in a 16-over total, and he finished in 60th place. For being the last among the cut-makers, he received a paycheck of $44,400. Notably, this was the only payment he received from the Major championships.
Outside the Majors, Woods participated in just one event—the Genesis Invitational, which he also hosts. Unfortunately, he was forced to pull out of the tournament after suffering from influenza on the second day.
