Capri pants first burst onto the scene way back in the 1950s (Marilyn Monroe rocked a few stylish pairs back in the day!) after being introduced by fashion designer Sonja de Lennart in 1948. And they have made quite a few comebacks since then.
Fast forward to 2024 and they are back yet again – but with a twist! Not only are capri pants back, but the more casual and more modern capri leggings are also a huge trend too! Take a look at how Emma Stone, Kendall Jenner, and Bella Hadid are rocking theirs below…

A few months ago, the 818 Tequila founder demonstrated how capri leggings can be worn in a casual and sporty way, proving the athleisure trend isn’t going anywhere any time soon!
The catwalk model posed in a pair of gray Alo Yoga capri leggings, which she teamed with a matching ab-flaunting gray crop top. She elevated the look by choosing to forgo the sneakers and adding a chic pair of black ballet flats from The Row.

The two-time Oscar-winning actress took a break from her ultra-glamorous high fashion gowns during her Kinds of Kindness promo trail and slipped into something a little more in the smart casual sartorial category for a special screening of the movie in London last month.
The 35-year-old actress and style icon wore an enviable pair of cropped black capri pants from The Row, accessorized with a blue shirt and a red sweater on top. She finished the look off with some black heeled pumps and a thin headband, both of which added some class and glamour to the outfit.
