Victoria and David Beckham celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary by re-wearing their famous wedding outfits – all purple.
“Look what we found,” former footballer David Beckham , 49, captioned a photo with his wife, both sitting on throne-like chairs they used at their wedding reception.
The couple held a lavish wedding on July 4, 1999. Victoria wore many outfits throughout the wedding day, starting with an off-the-shoulder Vera Wang wedding dress with an impressive 6-meter-long train.
David wore an ivory suit and scarf for the ceremony before the couple changed into royal purple for the reception at Luttrellstown Castle in Ireland.
Brooklyn Beckham (now 25 years old) wore a purple jumpsuit and a matching cowboy hat.
While it’s unclear whether the Beckhams pulled old outfits out of storage or had new ones made, fans and friends were left in awe of the couple’s stunning looks.
“So iconic! I remember this like it was yesterday!” one person commented.
“Oh my gosh David, you’re like a fine expensive wine in the best age anyone has ever known,” wrote another.
In the 25 years since their marriage, in addition to Brooklyn, the Beckhams have welcomed three more 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren: Romeo (21 years old), Cruz (19 years old) and Harper (12 years old). In 2003, David was involved in an affair but everything was resolved amicably.
Victoria Beckham, 50, named one of her fragrances Suite 302, a nod to the hotel room they stayed in on their second honeymoon in Paris. The white enamel bottle was inspired by the Roberto Cavalli dress she wore on her fifth wedding anniversary.
