WORK has finally started on Kanye West’s $6.7 million Yeezy headquarters after he ripped the roof off the West Hollywood property six months ago.
Exclusive drone footage obtained by The U.S. Sun shows construction workers on-site at Kanye’s 7,400-square-foot space.

In one image, a mountain of trash can be seen at the entrance to the building, with discarded items piling up inside the property.
One worker could be seen digging in a mound of dirt, with vehicles situated throughout the space.
Piles of different materials were dotted around and work is now beginning on a huge structure in the center of the building.
The 7,400-square-foot space was bought by Kanye in March last year through his Oxpaha LLC company, a Delaware firm incorporated the same month, according to deed documents.
The address for the LLC is the same as the headquarters for business giants CSC in Wilmington, whose clients include Starbucks, Apple, and Amazon.
Kanye’s wife Bianca Censori, who was previously named special power of attorney for a separate property deal, is listed as the point of contact for the firm on official papers.
A source close to Kanye previously told The U.S. Sun that the HQ is more of a “multi-purpose venue” that was initially being used for fashion shows and events.
Before the roof was ripped off, Yeezy employees were seen working on sewing machines at the property.
STOLEN MERCH
Insiders say he is still working with American Apparel founder Dov Charney, who was hired to work with the star and relaunch his Yeezy clothing line last year.
Charney, who is said to be the new CEO of Yeezy, was last seen at the site of an illegal pop-up in Downtown Los Angeles selling Kanye’s clothing in March.
In a video that went viral on social media, Charney was seen yelling that the merch was not acquired through legitimate means.
“This merchandise has been stolen from Ye, formerly known as Kanye West,” he shouted to the crowds gathered to queue up for the shop.
Urban Necessities and SRGN Studios, who were selling 60,000 items, did not comment on the pop-up that was shut down by police, according to Complex.

Kanye is thought to have a team working with Charney to create new Yeezy pieces at his downtown factory and is still selling items online.
He has slashed the prices on most of his products, with T-shirts, joggers, and sweatshirts now selling for as little as $20.
A notice on the Yeezy website currently warns customers, “All sales are final,” meaning even damaged items cannot be returned.
The U.S. Sun was the first to reveal Kanye was working with Charney in June 2023.
At the time, Kanye, 47, had been dropped by everyone from his talent agency CAA to big-name brands including Adidas, Gap, and Balenciaga.
FASHION COMEBACK
His business empire imploded and claimed to have lost “$2 billion in a day,” but has since sold his album Vultures independently and relaunched his clothing brand.
Kanye and Bianca, 29, turned heads this week as they stepped out at the Prototype Fashion Show as part of Paris Fashion Week.
Charney is no stranger to being “canceled” as the Canadian entrepreneur and clothing manufacturer was fired by the board at American Apparel in 2014.
He was accused of several alleged failings, including misusing company money, violating the company’s 𝓈ℯ𝓍ual harassment policy, and offering significant severance packages without board approval.
“I want everybody to know I’m not ‘the Sleaze King,'” Charney later told ABC News in an exclusive interview. “‘The Sleaze King’ is another guy.
“All those accusations against me are crap. There’s allegations… we’ve resolved them. None of it — none of these allegations – were ever proven,” he said, explaining that some lawsuits were settled while others were dismissed.
He has never been found to have committed 𝓈ℯ𝓍ual harassment.
A source previously told The U.S. Sun, “Ye has hired Dov Charney as the new CEO of Yeezy LLC.
“It is definitely a risky move with the allegations against him, but Ye supports him and knows what it’s like to be canceled.
“He’s been by Ye’s side for years – before he was canceled, throughout the drama, and now after as he sets to stage a comeback.”
