Actress Christina Ricci has listed her Los Angeles home, recently redesigned by celebrity designer Jeff Lewis, for $2.25 million Monday.
The four-bedroom mid-century home on a lush Campo Road lot in the city’s Woodland Hills neighborhood spans 2,718 square feet over two floors. It comes with a formal living room, designer wallpaper and tiling in every bathroom, a remodeled pool with a shallow lounging area, known as a baja shelf, and a Zen backyard with water features and Buddhist sculptures.
Ricci, 44, bought the house together with her ex-husband, James Heerdegen, in 2018 for $1.1 million. In 2023, it was transferred to Ricci, through an entity called Hot Girl Summer LLC, records show.
Last summer, Ricci teamed up with Lewis—the interior designer and house flipper best known for the Bravo reality show “Flipping Out”—to revamp the home, which she was already planning to sell, according to Mercedes “MJ” Javid of the Agency, who is marketing the property.
“They thought it would be a fun project that they could do together, so they were both involved,” said Javid, who is also a reality TV star, including on the recent hit “Traitors.” “That’s their first collaboration.”
The home, built in 1956, was redesigned to accommodate modern living, including a refreshed floor plan, custom cabinetry in the kitchen, all new hardwood flooring, and smart features throughout.
“The floorplan has been reimagined in many subtle ways, to be more effective for how we live today,” she said. “Jeff removed anything that was functionally obsolete, without compromising the charm of a traditional home.”
In addition, all the behind-the-scenes aspects of the house were upgraded as well, including a new roof and gutters, new plumbing and HVAC systems, designed to be more efficient and sustainable, and upgraded electrical wiring and seismic protection, according to a list of upgrades provided by Javid.
Ricci became known through ’90s hits like “The Addams Family” and “Casper,” and recently starred in both the Addams Family spinoff series “Wednesday” and psychological horror show “Yellowjackets.”
Ricci spent several years at the Woodland Hills home before separating from Heerdegen, with whom she has a 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥, in 2020, according to news reports. She remarried in 2021 and continues to live in Los Angeles, per Javid. Ricci could not be reached for comment.
