Leonardo DiCaprio has risked accusations of eco-hypocrisy as he was seen leaving Porto Cervo, Sardinia via a private airport on Monday.
The actor, 48, who is a noted climate activist, boarded a plane at Olbia Private Airport which has its own private jet terminal for wealthy travellers.
It comes as he has travelled between the US and cities such as London, Milan, and Paris over recent months – accumulating over 12,000 miles of travel.
The Wolf Of Wall Street star cut a casual figure for the trip, wearing a black T-shirt along with a pair of blue jeans and white trainers.
He completed his look with a grey cap and a pair of sunglasses.

Kicking off the trip was the BAFTAS in London on February 19, where he hosted a pre-awards party after making the 5,437 mile journey from Los Angeles.
Here, he sent tongues wagging by inviting Maya Jama to the bash and reportedly partying the night away with the presenter, who left within minutes of him.
Then the next night they both attended the same BAFTA afterparty at Annabel’s members’ club, sponsored by British Vogue And Tiffany & Co.

Reuniting with reported former flame Gigi Hadid, 27, in the city, the pair appeared to remain friends as they both let loose after a day of fashion shows.

At the time, the actor and environmentalist was spotted in Cannes, where the Film Festival was underway – but left the French Riviera for a brief trip to New York City, where he collected an honor at the Riverkeeper Fishermen’s Ball, Page Six reported.
He then hopped back on another private jet to attend the amfAR gala in Antibes, about eight miles from Cannes, just 24 hours later.

While in 2014, he made a speech in front of the United Nations about climate change after marching with 400,000 others on the streets of New York.
But the Hollywood star’s own jetset lifestyle reveals a double-standard on the issue of climate change – as he boasts a number of homes, and later made the private jet trip.
After causing a wave of controversy with the trip, he appeared keen to make amends in 2021 – travelling commercially to Glasgow for the COP26 eco summit.
