Legend Paul Scholes posted harsh comments under Jesse Lingard’s Instagram gym post as the former Man United star is still looking for a new club

Paul Scholes replied to an X-rated Instagram post by Jesse Lingard, a former Manchester United player.

Lingard still doesn’t have a team after leaving Nottingham Forest in the summer, even though he trained for a short time with Al Ettifaq of the Saudi Pro League.

Everton was interested in signing the player on a trial basis to make a short-term deal.

At the same time, news stories in Spain said Lingard had offered himself to Barcelona, who were currently winning La Liga.

The season is almost halfway over, and Lingard still hasn’t found a club. However, the 31-year-old has been working out regularly to stay in the best shape possible in case he gets a chance.

Lingard recently put a bunch of pictures on Instagram that show how he trained while he was in Dubai.

There were some mean comments about Scholes from Manchester United fans, who didn’t like the posts. He told the free agent what he thought.

Schules asked, “Are you just going to hang out in the gym, or are you going to play football?”

The 49-year-old has never been one to stay out of things, and he challenged Lingard to play football again.

Still, Scholes wasn’t happy with that. He went on a rant after seeing Manchester United barely beat Wigan 2-0 in the FA Cup third round on Monday night.

United made it to the fourth round thanks to goals from Diogo Dalot and Bruno Fernandes. They will travel to either Newport County or Eastleigh, who play in the National League.
