Chelsea ready to add to their arsenal of talents with Barcelona kid

It seems Chelsea are not content with the crop of young talents they’ve signed this season – they’re lining up an endless stream to keep them at the top for years to come.

Caughtoffside today report on a push from the Blues to sign Pau Cubarsi from Barcelona. The 16 year old centre back is attracting a lot of attention from across Europe, and this report says that the Blaugrana are aware of how much work they’ve got on their hands to keep him.

He’s being picked out as a talent since his 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥hood, and continues to impress as he rises through the age categories. Despite his young age, he’s trained with the first team and played for Barcelona’s B team.

The bad news is that Cubarsi has only recently signed a new contract at the Nou Camp – but as we know, money talks in football. If we can offer him the right project and Barcelona the right fee, anything is possible.
