Brilliant Lady bags bachelor’s degree in English with 4.00GPA, wins best student award

A brilliant lady named Chandler Nutall has achieved exceptional success after bagging a bachelor’s degree in English with a 4.00-grade point average and was awarded the best-graduating student of Spelman College in the United States.

Chandler Nutall, a Washington, D.C native was one of the Valedictorians of the 2023 graduating class of Spelman college, an all-women Historically Black College and Universitires(HBCU).

Chandler graduated with a 4.00(Summa Cum Laude) and a departmental honors in English. She took to her Linkedin to celebrate her success, adding that she was initiated into the he oldest academic honor society in the United States.

”I graduated Summa Cum Laude (4.0 GPA) with a B.A. in English from Spelman College! In addition to being named Co-Valedictorian, I also walked across the stage as a new initiate into The Phi Beta Kappa Society and with Departmental Honors in English.

Chandler has always been an outstanding student according to the Spelman College website. She earned an associate of arts degree while she was in high school from George Washington University through a dual-enrollment program.

While a student, She was a Spelman Social Justice Program Fellow and served as the 81st president of the Spelman Student Government Association. Chandler was named an HBCU Competitiveness Scholar by the White House Initiative on Advancing Educational Equity, Excellence, and Economic Opportunity through HBCUs in 2021.

In 2022, she became an Arthur Liman Public Interest Law Fellow through Yale Law School and a Harry S. Truman Scholarship Finalist for the Washington D.C. region.
