Mariposa was founded in California in 1849 during the Gold Rush. You could explore this charming town when you are not enjoying your cabin or the beautiful outdoors. The town has some great restaurants and a vibrant nightlife, which is especially busy during the summer. It’s worth visiting the town museum to learn more history about this adorable little town. The log cabin is close to El Portal and Mariposa Grove, which are two of the main entrances to Yosemite National Park. It would be great to explore this incredible national park while you are there. Bass Lake is also nearby, a lake that’s known for its great fishing, boating, and wakeboarding. Would you like to stay in this cute log house in the woods?
