Kim Kardashian still not allowed to build her epic ‘spaceship’ megamansion

Kim Kardashian is really struggling to find a breakthrough with her spaceship-shaped megamansion.
She’s facing one problem after another, with the latest curveball being building permits that weren’t marked approved by their deadline.
Construction work on the $6 million home was already halted back in 2022, when the city of La Quinta requested more details on fire safety and pool codes.
Back in April, Kim Kardashian announced she’s working with Pritker Prize-winning architect Tadao Ando on the futuristic dwelling in Palm Springs, California.
“Met with the master himself, Tadeo Ando to review and discuss a dream project we have been working on for the past two years,” she said in an Instagram post.
“So deeply honored and incredibly humbled to have the opportunity to work with him and finally see this special project come to life,” she continued.
That’s the problem, though; her out-of-this world plans for a brand new mansion seem to be experiencing failure to launch
That didn’t stop the billionaire reality-TV star and fashion designer sharing plans for her “dream” home.
She described the 46,000-square-foot property as “concentrete, gray-toned, and really zen”.
The land on which it is to be built is located in the Madison Club, an exclusive golf and tennis community in La Quinta, south of Los Angeles.

Kim’s mother, Kris Jenner, and sister, Kylie Jenner, already have properties in the area, so she wouldn’t be too far from familiar faces.
Original plans for the land, which is adjacent to a golf course, feature a pool, spa, gallery space, two elevators, and a movie theater.
Each of her four 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren would have their own bedroom complete with private bathroom, too.
Kim Kardashian, who is apparently worth $1.2 billion, made the Top 50 of Forbes’ “America’s Richest Self-Made Women” list last month.
