Grind 2-3 sunflowers after drying them and mix the powder in your face pack, and hair mask for added benefits.

You can also add sunflower oil to 1 teaspoon of lemon, 1-2 teaspoons of yogurt, and 1-2 teaspoons of honey and apply them on your face 2-3 times a week.
