A Los Angeles estate that has been home to Megan Fox, Machine Gun Kelly, LeBron James, and Cardi B over the years — and has been a set location for “Lethal Weapon” and “NCIS: Los Angeles” — has hit the market for $6.39 million.
The seller is recording artist and real estate investor Betty Moon, who will be releasing a new album, “Private Apocalypse.”
Moon and her late husband paid $3.54 million for the gated Mediterranean-style property, which sits on half an acre, in 2014.
Built in 1960, the 7,805-square-foot home comes with six bedrooms and seven baths.
It boasts a circular driveway with a 30-foot canary palm tree and more than 50 mature king and queen palms, around 45 fruit-bearing trees and two large purple jacaranda trees.
