French footballer Kylian Mbappé has partnered with luxury lifestyle brand Oakley for the “Signature Series” eyewear collection.
As a Team Oakley athlete, the Paris Saint-Germain forward embodies a range of collaborations that blur the lines between fashion performance and lifestyle.
The collection includes four patterns that appear on a sophisticated palette of browns and golds. Among them, the HSTN solar style arrives with a two-tone BiO-Matter™ frame with color-enhanced Prizm™ copper tungsten iridium lenses, and the HSTN Rx featuring a beautifully polished clear frame with Oakley Authentic prescription lenses and a metal plate decoration embossed with Mbappé’s initials .
Meanwhile, the Frogskins XS and XXS are built for kids, with smaller frames; eyeglass models deploy the same Prizm™ Tungsten Iridium lenses inside the Light Curry lower frame, and the optical style features a classic polished clear frame with clear lenses.“For me, being a footballer means understanding the importance of attention to detail,” says Mbappé. “I brought this same mentality into the creation of my new signature collection with Oakley.
