Revealing 10 cars that the world’s billionaires used to drive every day

Possessing a huge fortune, many billionaires own luxury car collections while others are quite modest with conventional car models.

Billionaires are different and eccentric people. They are among the most elusive people, regardless of what kind of car they ride. Many of them own expensive cars worth millions of dollars but few do not like to show off, they choose more affordable, spacious and comfortable cars for daily commuting.

Below, Hotcars has listed 10 cars that billionaires often use:

Susanne Klatten, heiress to the famous German car group BMW, has an estimated net worth of $28.9 billion. As a fairly decent businessman and does not like to attract public attention, she chooses a gray SUV for her daily commute.

The simple reason is that this car is spacious, has legroom and is discreet, especially after what she encountered since the 2009 𝓈ℯ𝓍ual blackmail case.

Bezos is known as the founder, CEO and chairman of the multinational technology company Amazon.

With a net worth of nearly $200 billion, do you think Bezos will move around in some flashy expensive cars? Are not! Bezos picked up a 1999 Honda Accord.

Now you also wonder what he drove before the Accord? The answer was a 1987 Chevrolet Blazer. He drove packages to the post office in this vehicle.

From his recycled wood desks to the cars he drives, it seems that Bezos doesn’t like spending a lot on his daily commute. This is also Amazon’s operating philosophy, which is to only pay for things that are important to customers.

The Accord is rated for safety and reliability. When asked “Why the Accord?”, he said, “It’s a perfectly good car.”

8. McLaren F1 1997 of Tesla boss – Elon Musk

His current net worth is estimated at $182.1 billion.

The first great supercar was the 1997 McLaren F1. The billionaire bought this car for $ 815,000 in 1999, when he was 28 years old. The car model is a self-rewarding gift after the sale of the company for $ 22 million in Silicon Valley. After using 11,000 miles, the F1 crashed. Elon Musk sold the F1 back in 2007. This is the car with number 067 out of 106 F1s produced.

Elon Musk heads Tesla and is long known for his innovation in the global auto industry. The billionaire often uses his own car brand, although he also admits that he also owns a Jaguar Type 1E 67 series.

True to the name Silicon Valley, the Prius is a good choice because technology has made cars more environmentally friendly.

Its range is also quite good, much wider than pure internal combustion engine sedans and hatchbacks, with a distance of nearly 600 km before needing to refuel.

Like a true American, Warren Buffett loves to use domestic cars, especially Cadillacs like the XTS and more recently the DTS.

This is not surprising for a 90-year-old gentleman. Billionaire Buffett’s car is from 2006. He often does not drive himself but has his own driver, which is understandable given his age. He signed up for the car and sold it a few years ago to buy a newer version.

The DTS has a 4.6L V8 with all-wheel drive, producing nearly 300 horsepower, which is reasonable for a car weighing more than 1800 kg.
