Chopra and husband Nick Jonas welcomed Malti in January 2022.
Priyanka Chopra just gave the cutest update on her and Nick Jonas’ 3-year-old daughter, Malti. In a new Instagram carousel, the actress and producer shared a series of snaps of her little one. In one photo, Malti wore a bright green fairy costume. In another, she wore a red and white frilly dress as she crouched by the oven to watch cookies bake. In a third, she donned a floral hooded coat and wooly hat as she stood gazing at the pond in Central Park with her mother. In another image, seemingly taken on the same day, she held hands with her father in the park. “April so far,” she captioned the post. So cute.

Chopra and Jonas have only shared a few rare glimpses into their life with Malti since her 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 in January 2022.
Back in August 2023, Chopra shared a peek into their life in New York City with a carousel that included an adorable shot of the couple walking with their then-7-month-old between them, holding their hands. Last January, the couple shared a post in honor of Malti’s second 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡day. In February, Chopra shared some pics from Malti’s first hike, and in March, the family donned matching white outfits in celebration of Holi. In September, Chopra shared a snap of Malti backstage at a Jonas Brothers concert in London.

In 2023, a year after welcoming Malti, Chopra told People that being a mother was proving to be both rewarding and challenging. “I think when you put them to bed, it’s extremely overwhelming because every single day you worry about what you can do wrong and what mistake you might make,” Chopra said. “But you have to check yourself, and I check myself with my family. I look at [my daughter’s] smile, and I’m like, ‘OK, OK. I’m doing good so far.’ It’s the greatest thing I’ve ever done, but it’s extremely scary.”
Jonas has also gained new perspective since welcoming Malti into the family. Last August, the singer told People, “I think that, for me, becoming a parent changed everything in my life and my perspective on everything. That’s a natural thing obviously that will happen.”
