In an interview, Anne Hathaway shared an accidental flashing incident that happened on the set of the movie,
“I have to remove my trench coat and be nude underneath, and I thought we were filming. But it turned out we were just rehearsing and I got unnecessarily n-ked in front of a lot of people!”
Anne Hathaway, who is always known for her candid nature, did not shy away from sharing the embarrassing story with the audience. This did add a little extra layer of fun to the steamy yet emotional movie that is loved by the fans. The actress even credited two major actresses for helping her prepare for the role.

The Dark Knight Rises star definitely did a great job playing the role of Maggie opposite Jake Gyllenhaal’s Jamie Randall. The actress, in an interview, highlighted the two Hollywood divas that helped her prepare for the s-x scenes in the movie and they are none other than the gorgeous Kate Winslet and Penelope Cruz. She claimed that the two actresses have “done n-dity with a tremendous amount of sensitivity and dignity”. She further added that Cruz’s Open Your Eyes helped her greatly and is one of her favorite movies of the actress.

The actress also addressed the claims of how the film’s raunchy scenes might have infuriated conservative groups. She added that “just because n-dity is such a contentious issue in America people believe that they automatically alienate the conservative parts of America by having n-dity. But I give the American public more credit than that. I think that people are curious and people do love love stories. I think people might find it and like it, even though it is a little bit risky.”
Though the movie faced a little hard time for its n-dity and was rated as an average film with a 49% Rotten Tomatoes score, it received fan following years later. The movie also managed to make $103 million at the box office.
