Determined to delete Mbappe's name, PSG all signed the most comprehensive striker on the continent

PSG recently submitted a new offer with a high price to buy striker Randal Kolo Muani, who is considered a long-term replacement for Kylian Mbappe.

Despite compromising to allow striker Kylian Mbappe to stay this season, even letting him play in the match against Toulouse last weekend, PSG are still open to the possibility of an extension with the 24-year-old striker. They believe Mbappe has an agreement to join Real Madrid next year and is also preparing for life without the France international.

Accordingly, the Ligue 1 champion is currently actively pursuing striker Randal Kolo Muani, a compatriot and considered a long-term replacement for Mbappe. PSG has reached a personal agreement with the player and only needs to close the price with Muani’s parent club, Eintracht Frankfurt.

The process has not been easy after PSG’s first offer of 65 million euros was rejected. According to Le Parisien, the French team does not give up easily, so it recently sent a new price to Frankfurt to ask to buy Muani for 70 million euros.

This figure is said to be still far short of Frankfurt’s asking figure of 10 million euros. However, if necessary, PSG can raise the price further because they have nearly 100 million euros for the sale of Neymar.

PSG has determined to get Muani to limit dependence on Mbappe at the current club. The 24-year-old striker is one of the most comprehensive strikers in Europe at the moment when he was among the few players with more than 10 goals and 10 assists in the top 5 European leagues last season. An achievement that only attacking superstars like Messi, Neymar, Salah, or Griezmann can reach.

With Muani, coach Luis Enrique can solve the problem of goal output for PSG in the context that Mbappe will definitely leave in the future.
